“Client”, “You”, or “Your” refers to any individual or business utilizing our services.
“Services” refers to the cleaning services provided by Umoja Cleaning LLC, including but not limited to home cleaning, office cleaning, event cleaning, post-construction cleaning, industrial cleaning, and retail cleaning.
Umoja Cleaning LLC provides professional cleaning services as agreed upon with the client.
Services must be scheduled in advance and are subject to availability.
The scope of work, pricing, and duration will be outlined in a service agreement or discussed before service commencement.

Payment is required upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed upon.
We accept payments through cash, credit/debit cards, or other accepted payment methods.
Any outstanding invoices must be paid within 7 days of service completion.
Late payments may incur additional fees or interest.
Clients must provide safe and accessible working conditions for our staff.
Clients should remove any valuable, fragile, or hazardous items before service.
Umoja Cleaning LLC is not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing conditions, improper installation, or fragile items.
Umoja Cleaning LLC takes all reasonable precautions to ensure the safety of your property.
In case of accidental damage, clients must report the issue within 24 hours of service completion.
Liability is limited to the cost of the service performed.
We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, wear and tear, or indirect losses.
If you are dissatisfied with our service, please contact us within 24 hours to discuss a resolution.
We will make reasonable efforts to address your concerns, including re-cleaning affected areas if necessary.
We respect your privacy and will not share your personal information with third parties without your consent.

Umoja Cleaning LLC reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services at our discretion, including but not limited to cases of unsafe working conditions or non-payment.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Idaho.
Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of Boise, ID.
